The Global Reach Leadership Center (GRLC) arose as the result of over six years of research on leadership training, with the conclusion that many leadership models are incomplete. The application of the four coexisting GRLC tenets--(1) Physical and Mental Well Being, (2) Ethical Integrity, (3) Leadership Awareness and Empowerment, and (4) Cross Cultural Understanding – characterizes our Center as unique because it is through their effective combination that a person maximizes their full potential. This approach has already been put successfully into practice with the development of a leadership curriculum that has been taught to numerous college students in the Global Leadership Initiative (GLI) co-curricular course commencing in the spring of 2004. Since that time, groups from around the globe have benefited from the GRLC approach to building well-balanced leaders through the application of these principles.
